To put an end to Shiv Sena’s constant media attention seeking acts the Maharashtra government has decided to give in to all their demands. The following will be implemented.

1. My Name is Khan will be banned. Shahrukh Khan will be forced to apologize and then deported.
2. Tendulkar will be forced to apologize and then disqualified from cricket since he decided to give his opinions.
3. The taxi driving jobs along with every other job will be given only to Marathi speaking Maharashtrians.
4. Rahul Gandhi will be forced down to Mumbai where he’ll have to deposit the money he had withdrawn back into the bank and then forced to roam around in his helicopter to make up for his train traveling act.

The government hopes that Shiv Sena will finally stop bothering everyone after these acts have been accomplished. Strangely, Shiv Sena has been enraged by this. A party member under the condition of anonymity said, “It took us a long time to get such paper thin issues which never deserved more than a fart. We were finally able to get some attention by blowing these issues out of proportion. If the government gives in to all our demand what will we revolt against? This is clearly a cheap tactic by the government.”

Another party member said, “If we don’t take to the streets and protest we won’t get our much deserved exercise. The government wants to turn us into pot-bellied people so that they can poke fun at us.”
The Sena cousin MNS was also enraged by the government’s action. MNS Party workers were worried that after giving in to Shiv Sena’s demand the government might proceed to give in to their demands as well. One of their party member under the condition of anonymity said, “Protesting has made us what we are. It’s our birth-right. If we have nothing to argue about how will we make the news?”

The general atmosphere has been of dejection and rage in both camps. Some even fear that they might be job cuts within the party. What the future holds only time will tell.
