If misusing power is abusing it, then does it imply misusing a substance is substance abuse? Which brings me to the more important question: is using a rubber dildo to crack open a skull or a carrot for sexual pleasure classified as substance abuse? Which brings me to the corollary question: why is substance abuse called so when the entity at the receiving end is a crackhead, and not the substance?
